Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for applying under this program is given below:-
- The applicant should be the permanent resident of India.
- Scholarships will only be awarded to students whose parents or guardians combined annual income does not exceed rupees 2,50,000.
- Students should only be enrolled full-time in Government Schools in classes IX and X.
- They must have a valid certificate and be classified as OBC, EBC, or DNT (those who are not covered by SC, ST, or OBC).
- In order to study in classes IX and X, a scholarship recipient under this program is not permitted to hold any other educational scholarships. Students in classes IX and X who get any other educational scholarship may choose to use one of the two scholarships, if they so want.
- The applicant should have a valid income Certificate to Apply under this program.

The salient features of this program are given below:-
- Students from De-notified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Tribes (DNT), Economically Backward Classes (EBC), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) who do not fall within the SC, ST, or OBC categories are specifically eligible for the award.
- Students enrolled in classes 9 and 10 are eligible for the award.
- Students whose parents or guardians earn no more than ₹2,50,000 annually from all sources are eligible to receive the scholarship.
- Students must be enrolled in an approved Uttarakhand school as institutional students.
- During the same academic year, students shouldn’t be awarded more than one scholarship.

- Step 2:- Students must find and select the “register” option once they arrive at the official website’s homepage.
- Step 3:- Your desktop screen will display a form with guidelines. The citizens are required to carefully read, scroll down, and select “next.”
- Step 4:- Your desktop screen will display a new page. Students are required to input their registered cellphone number along with the OTP they received on that number.
- Step 5:- In order to proceed to the following page, students need to input the captcha code and select “verify.”
- Step 6:- Students now have to finish the eKYC process by providing the requested information and selecting “next.”
