Romania Government Scholarship for UG, PG, and PhD Students 2025

The embassy of Romania has created a Romania Government Scholarship for UG, PG, and PhD Students to provide educational opportunities. Under this scholarship, financial help will be provided to the student so that they can continue their education in all fields except medicine, dental medicine, and pharmacy. This scholarship will help international students to study in Romania. All the applicants who have cleared the eligibility criteria mentioned by the organization can easily apply before the last date. The last date to apply for this scholarship is 12th March 2025. Motive of Romania Government Scholarship

The primary motive of the Romania Government Scholarship is to provide education opportunities to international students to continue their higher education in Romania. Under this scholarship, financial assistance will be provided to the students so that they can continue their education without worrying about any financial hurdles. The student who wants to pursue a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and the phd level can easily apply under this scholarship before the last date, 12th March 2025. With the help of this scholarship, the student will be able to learn the Romanian language and exchange the culture. Eligibility Criteria

• An applicant must be a citizen from all the Non-EU countries.
• An applicant who has requested or acquired a form of protection in Romania eligible to apply 
• The candidate who stays on the territory of Romania is divisible to apply 
• The candidate must be a member of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps or a family member of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps credit to Romania
• An applicant must be a staff member of an international organization that is based in Romania

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Master’s degree 
• PhD level 

Financial Benefits

• Financial assistance will be provided to the student that will cover the registration fees or any other fees required by the application process. 
• Along with that the financial assistance to cover tuition expenses for the Romanian language for the preparatory year and actual studies will be provided to the students. 
• Also, a monthly scholarship will be granted to the student to enroll in the Romanian language for the  preparatory year
• The candidate will be provided with accommodation expenses in the dormitories within the allocated subsidy granted through the budget of the Ministry of Education and Research.

Announcement of Result

The government will announce the result of the scholarship by email on 30th June 2025. All the applicants who have applied for this scholarship can easily check their results by visiting the official website. The selected students will be issued a letter of acceptance for their studies in Romania which is mentioned in the obligation to complete the Romanian language preparatory year and the higher education institute. The letter of acceptance will be provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the university which is required for the longest-day Visa and the enrollment of the student.

• Now click on the Apply Now option.

• After that, you have to log login using your login credentials 
• Now the registration form will open on your screen 
• Enter the details asked in the form 
• After that attach all the important documents 
• Now you have to click on the submit option
