Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant student must be a member of the Scheduled Tribe as defined by the State or Union Territory to which they truly belong (Domicile State).
- The pupil ought to be enrolled in a government school or an accredited educational institution by the Central/State Board of Secondary Education or the Government.
- The total annual family income of a student should not surpass Rs. 2.5 lakh.
- The student must have a current Scheduled Bank account that is connected to both their mobile number and Aadhaar.
- No additional scholarship should be awarded to the student.
- Scholarships for each class will only be offered for a single year. A student would not be eligible for a scholarship for the same class twice if they had to retake it.
- When a student gets promoted, they can renew their scholarship for the next class.
- The total household income of the application student should not be more than Rs. 2,50,000 (two lakh fifty thousand) annually.
