About Telangana ePASS Portal

The Telangana ePASS portal was made by the Telangana government and it is used for applying to scholarships in online way. It is called Electronic Payment and Application System of Scholarships and many students are getting help from it every year. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the scholarship program are as listed below:

  • SC welfare students are allowed if their annual family income is Rs. 2,50,000 or below.
  • ST students can apply when the yearly income of their family is Rs. 2,00,000 or below.
  • BC, EBC and Minority students living in villages should have family income of Rs. 1,50,000 or below to be eligible.
  • If they live in towns, then income must be Rs. 2,00,000 or below for getting the scholarship.
  • Disabled students are also allowed, but their parents must earn Rs. 1,00,000 or below in a year.
  • EBC students who got selected under Corporate College Admissions Scheme are allowed to study Intermediate.
  • Students must go to school regular and have 75% attendance by each quarter.
  • For renewal, students should be promoted to next class without failing.

Documents that must be scanned and uploaded for Fresh Registration in 2025โ€“26:

  • Aadhaar Card of the student
  • Latest passport size photograph
  • Bank passbook first page showing student name, account number, and IFSC code (not needed for EBC students)
  • Study/Bonafide certificate for the last 7 years of study
  • CET allotment order (for students joining through Common Entrance Test)

Things Needed Before Starting PMS Fresh Registration for 2025โ€“26:

  • SSC Hall Ticket number, year of passing, and type (Regular/Supply/CBSE, etc.) are needed to open the application
  • Aadhaar Card Number is a must
    • If you donโ€™t have Aadhaar, go to the nearest Aadhaar enrolment centre
    • If you have applied but donโ€™t have the card, use your EID number to check Aadhaar status
  • Caste Certificate must be taken from a Meeseva Centre
  • Income Certificate taken from Meeseva after 01-04-2025
  • A bank account should be opened in any nationalized bank (EBC students donโ€™t need this)
  • A mobile number is required to get OTP during registration (can be studentโ€™s or family memberโ€™s number)
  • Study/Bonafide Certificate for the last 7 years must be provided
  • CET Allotment Order is needed for CET course students
  • Intermediate students must complete online admission in BIE Portal through their college principal
  • Fresh applications for 2025โ€“26 will be checked by the university registrar and approved only if the student is eligible
  • If the student had a gap in study, the MRO will decide local status based on where the student stayed during the gap
