- The applicant must have passed class 12th with more than 65% marks for applying under this program.
- Students must have completed 12th grade from a Chennai school for applying under this Program.
- Students should join Chennai College only to get the scholarship.
- Only students pursuing a degree in Arts, Science, Engineering can apply. Students pursuing a diploma, polytechnic, law or medicine and teacher training are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
- Students can only get admission in Chennai colleges through Merit Quota. Students studying in Management Quota cannot apply for this scholarship.
