Eligibility Criteria
- The students must be nationals of India.
- The students must be classified as ‘overseas’ for fee purposes.
- The students must be taking up a place in an eligible full-time Master’s degree, starting in September 2025.
- The students must be self-financing.
- Students with an offer to study in the University of Sussex Business School will be able to combine this scholarship with the Business School International Master’s Award (2025).

Ineligibility Criteria
- The student is not eligible if their full tuition fees will be paid to the university by a sponsor (and you are exempt from paying a tuition fee deposit).
- The student is not eligible if they are progressing from the University of Sussex International Study Centre (ISC).
- The student is not eligible for this scholarship if they are going to study any of the following:
- Certificates and Diplomas (including PGCE)
- Courses at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS)
- Courses at IDS
- Early Years Education (with Early Years Teacher status)
- Degrees in Social Work (if receiving an NHS bursary)
- Online courses
- School direct teaching courses
- Masters funded by the research councils (e.g. ESRC 1+3 funding)
