Eligibility Criteria 

The Eligibility Criteria for applying to this program is given below:-

• Female students currently enrolled in government or assisted institutions and colleges in a few Indian states who are pursuing higher education at the Higher Secondary or Undergraduate/Degree level are eligible.
• Candidates must have earned at least 50% of the possible points in the tenth grade. 
• Students with the lowest family income and the best grades will be given preference.
•  Students have to be enrolled in a regular, full-time course of study.
•  Students who study by correspondence or distance learning are not eligible to apply.
•  SC, ST, EWC, and OBC students would be given preference.

Financial Assistance 

A one-time financial aid award of up to rupees 10,000 would be given to selected applicants for a school year, depending on their performance against the selection criteria.
