What is LSS USS 2025?
The state government of Kerala offers two scholarship programs to help children in grades four through seven. The terms Lower Secondary Scholarship (LSS) and Upper Secondary Scholarship (USS) refer to the scholarship options. Students who demonstrate exceptional performance in English, mathematics, and environmental studies on their yearly exams will be awarded these scholarships. Those students who scored 90% or more on their annual exam will be eligible to apply for these awards. To encourage the student to perform well on the upcoming annual examinations is the goal of this scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility Criteria for applying to this program is given below:-
- Candidates for the LSS Exam must be enrolled in Kerala’s public schools in class 4 (Government, Aided, Approved, or Unaided).
- Candidates for the USS Exam must be enrolled in Keralan public schools in class 7 (Government, Aided, Approved, or Unaided).
- The candidate needs to live in Kerala permanently. Candidates must have received a “A” on their previous school qualifying exams.
- To be eligible to take the scholarship exam, candidates must be enrolled in a school that offers Malayalam, English, Mathematics, and Science.
