Objective of the LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship
The main objective of launching the scholarship is to allow the financially unstable students to pursue higher education. Under this scholarship that qualities will select the selected students will be from the EWS category and have scored sufficient marks in their class 10th and 12th examinations. With the help of the scholarship, the students can pursue their education in the fields of Medicine (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS), Engineering (BE, BTECH, BArch), Graduation in any discipline, Integrated Courses, Diploma Course in any field, or other equivalent courses. The authorities have also introduced a separate scholarship for female students.

After class 12th
- The students must have passed the class 12 examination or equivalent with more than 60% marks.
- The students must be pursuing Medicine (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS), Engineering (BE, BTECH, BArch), Graduation in any discipline, Integrated Courses, Diploma Course in any field, or other equivalent courses.
- The students must have an annual income of less than INR 4.5 lakh.
After class 10th
- The students must have passed the class 10 examination or equivalent with more than 60% marks.
- The students must be in the first year of their vocational or diploma course.
- The students must have an annual income of less than INR 4.5 lakh.

Benefits

- An amount of INR 30,000/- per annum will be awarded to the selected Scholar who pursues higher education in the field of Medicine (BE, BTECH, BArch).
