Karnataka Pre-Matric Scholarship
The Karnataka state government launched the Karnataka Pre-Matric Scholarship. To provide financial assistance to the students who belong to the financially unstable families, especially those who belong to the SC, ST, or OBC categories, the Karnataka state government introduced the scholarship. All the students of Karnataka state for currently studying in classes 1st to 10th are eligible. This scholarship covers all educational expenses, including tuition fees, examination fees, and other related costs. Through this initiative, the Karnataka state government will allow the students to get primary education without any difficulty.
Eligibility Criteria
- The students must be permanent residents of Karnataka state
- The students must belong to either the SC, ST, or OBC Category.
- The students must have a minimum score of 50% in their last exam.
- The student’s parents must not have any regular jobs.
- The students must pursue their studies from class 1st to 10th.
- The annual income of the student’s family must not exceed INR 1 lakh.
Karnataka Post Matric Scholarship
The Karnataka state government launched the Karnataka Post Matric Scholarship. To provide financial assistance to the students who have completed their 12th class examination, especially those who belong to the SC, ST, or OBC community, the state government introduced the scholarship. In this initiative government provides all expenses related to education, including tuition fees, books, uniforms,s, and other necessary materials. The students must have scored at least 50% marks in their last year’s examination to be eligible for the scholarship.

The social welfare department of Karnataka state has launched the SSLC Prize Money Scholarship. To provide financial assistance to the students of Karnataka state who belong to the SC or ST category, the Karnataka state government has introduced the SSLC Prize Money Scholarship. All the students who will get selected under the scholarship will receive financial assistance of INR 35000 from the state government. Using the financial assistance, the students can easily complete their higher education without any financial restrictions.
