The Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) has launched the KAIST Scholarship for International Students 2025. Are you also a student who wants to pursue your higher studies, including Master’s and Masters PhD from South Korea, but are facing financial difficulties? Then worry not, the authorities have introduced a new scholarship for you. Under this initiative, South Korea is inviting students from around the world to pursue higher studies in the country and offering various forms of financial support to them. Through this scholarship, the authorities will provide full tuition fees and stipends to the selected students.
Objective of KAIST Scholarship
The main objective of launching the scholarship is to allow international students to pursue higher education in South Korea. The scholarship is available to students all around the world, including Arab countries, to pursue their Master’s and Masters PhD in South Korea. Students must be pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: natural sciences, life sciences, engineering, liberal arts, or business to be eligible. All the students who hold a strong educational background and are also financially weak will be selected under the scholarship. The students must fill out the application form before the last date, which is 2nd September 2025.

KAIST Global Presidential Scholarship (KGPS)
The Government of South Korea has launched the KAIST Global Presidential Scholarship (KGPS). Under this scholarship, the authorities will take students from all departments except the Global Technology Innovation Program (GDI-GTIP Track). To be selected under the scholarship, the students must be pursuing a Master’s or a Master’s PhD integrated program. Under this scholarship, the students will receive tuition coverage and a monthly stipend of 1,000,000 KRW for 4 regular semesters. The students pursuing a Master’s or Master’s PhD will be automatically considered for the scholarship; they do not have to send an additional application.
Eligibility Criteria
- The students must be international students (non-Korean citizens).
- The students must hold a bachelorโs degree or equivalent by the start of their course for masterโs and masterโs-Ph.D. Integrated programmes; hold a masterโs degree or higher for Ph.D. programmes.

The Government of South Korea has launched the KAIST Prestige Scholarship for International Ph.D. Students(KPS). Under this scholarship, the authorities will take students from all departments. To be selected under the scholarship, the students must be pursuing a Master’s or a Master’s PhD integrated program. Under this scholarship, the students will receive tuition coverage and a monthly stipend of 400,000 KRW for 8 regular semesters. The students pursuing a Master’s or a Master’s PhD will be automatically considered for the scholarship; they do not have to send an additional application.
