Eligibility Criteria 

The eligibility criteria for applying to this program are given below:-

• The applicant should possess a PhD, and those who are nearing the end of their studies will be considered as long as they finish their PhD (including the viva) before the Fellowship’s start date.
•  Any fellowship award cannot be verified until the PhD degree has been confirmed. 
• Candidates should have no more than seven years of active, full-time postdoctoral experience at the time of application (including teaching and/or industry work, but excluding career pauses). 
• The applicant should be employed away from the UK. 
• The applicant should not be a citizen of the USA. 
• The applicant should know how to write and speak English well.

Financial Benefits 

The International Fellowships award is given at 80% FEC and provides support for two years. Up to £12,000 in research expenditures and up to £8,000 in relocation costs are available to applicants. Candidates must provide evidence for the amount of relocation and research expenditures they have sought in their application.
